Gigantic gift cards can only be used to buy tickets online at gigantic.com, but cannot be redeemed against certain events which use the Stripe Payments method.
Gift cards are activated at the time of purchase and expire 24 months after activation. Once 24 months has passed any balance on the card is forfeited.
If a gift card is lost or stolen the balance will be lost. You should treat your gift card code as if it were cash.
If the full value of the gift card is not used, the remainder will be left on the gift card to be spent on your next order (using the same code)
If the order value exceeds the balance of the gift card, the remainder must be paid by credit or debit card.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are strictly non-refundable.
Gift cards are only available to buy in GBP and can only be redeemed on events that are sold in GBP.
All gift card purchases are subject to Gigantic's regular terms and conditions.
Only one gift card can be applied per order.
Gift cards cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
Gigantic may void gift cards, or refuse transactions if we suspect they are being used fraudulently, or in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or if we have reason to believe that you are in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
