GLENN WOOL

 

Glenn began his comedy career in his hometown of Vancouver in 1995. He moved to London in 1998 and quickly became an established star of the London comedy circuit before becoming a globally recognised name.  His TV credits include John Oliver’s 'New York Stand-Up Show' as well as appearances on The Green Room with Paul Provenza8 Out of 10 CatsNever Mind the BuzzcocksRussell Howard’s Good News and numerous other UK stand-up shows.

 

ADAM FLOOD

 

Adam has appeared on ITV’s Stand Up Sketch Show and can be heard performing on BBC Radio 4’s comedy series of DMs Are Open. As an actor, he has performed in The Lunch That Called a Critic, which you can listen to on Spotify or Apple Books.

 

SEAN GORMAN

 

Since starting, Salisbury's Sean Gorman, now based in London, has quickly proven to have a bright future in stand up. Displaying the stage presence of a more seasoned comedian, his deadpan delivery and self-deprecating humour has the audience hanging on every word.

 

MC ADAM BEARDSMORE

 

Hailing from the West Midlands, Adam performs up and down the UK in some of the country’s best clubs. He has recently supported Josh Pugh and Suzi Ruffel on their UK tours and was nominated for BBC New Act of the Year 2018 and 2019, performing on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio Warwickshire.

Venue information

The Drill is in Lincoln, England, and is a versatile arts and community venue with a capacity of around 500 people. Originally established as the Drill Hall in 1890, it has served various purposes, including as a military training facility.

Today, The Drill is a vibrant cultural hub, hosting a wide range of events such as live music, theatre productions, comedy shows, and community activities. The venue underwent significant refurbishment to modernise its facilities while preserving its historical character.
